The Setred technology is aimed at users of advanced visualization such as complex structures and models, remote operations, product presentation etc. The depth adds information to images, potentially making them more intuitive and comprehensible, and thereby supporting the task whether it is analysis, interpretation, maneuvering and presentation.
Potential users can be found in areas such as scientific visualisation, military and homeland security, CAD, medicine, oil & gas gaming, molecular engineering, reverse engineering and more.
The infrastructure for broad uptake of 3D is generally not developed in most industries. Setred is currently focusing on medicine and oil, working with partners to develop content and infrastructure. However, the developments will be transferable and Setred is interested in contacts within other industries.
